Refund policy
Due to the type of our Products, all sales are Final. Return is not allowed not at all, however, Exchange may be accepted according to the following Terms and Conditions:
If you are unhappy with the products purchased we will agree to exchange any product purchased for another product of an equal value if the product is returned within (48 hours) which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to be able to qualify for an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will not accept any return or exchanges of any products if the product has any traces of use or the original style or content has been messed with in any shape or form.
NOTE: All shipping, handling, cost, and money transfer fees will be at the customer's expense, therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery notification since we are not responsible for Lost packages. We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be issued. Products will not be accepted for return or exchanges if they have been WORN, STYLED, CUT (LACE OF THE HAIR), or had product applied to them such as glue or hair products. In a case where any of the conditions above are not met we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like liquid products, Items on Sales (ALL sales items are final . no return nonexchange), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be given the option of other products that you can exchange it with. Please remember we will do our best always.
